Welcome To My Own Journey

Welcome-

I have been on this path for a long time now and not really going much of anywhere. I will be open and very frank about this. I have always been around and taken in by the concepts of wholeness, wellness, and establishing an overall divine energy within myself. I am in the beginning stages of my journey. I am not sure when I started it, but I have noticed a change in myself since I have began reading books on accepting different meditations into my life. It has to be put into play by myself, because establishing control is vital in any ones own personal journey. I am going to eat the foods that will guide me into a better mental and physical state of being and  using that as my tools in establishing a support system with others that need to "just do it". The time has come and I am ready. Welcome To My Journey.

The Start of Something Special...

The name is a mix of epicure, a person with discriminating tastes in food or wine, and curious.  It is a pun based on the name of the Greek philosopher Epicurus, the origin of the word epicure. This is my first post and the beginning of something amazing. I am interested in seeing how it unfolds over time.
